Conditions managed jointly with your GP

Some conditions — myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and hypermobility spectrum disorders, and complex regional pain syndrome — are seen for a single focused assessment to exclude an inflammatory cause. Dr Elaine does not have specific expertise in the management of these conditions. Ongoing management of these conditions is coordinated by your general practitioner. Dr Elaine is not a pain specialist and does not prescribe opioid medications.
